Cura del personale, premi al merito: ecco le aziende dove è bello lavorare


Sono 300 le migliori aziende in cui lavorare in Italia. A rilevarlo è l’indagine dell’Istituto tedesco qualità e finanza (Itqf) che, in esclusiva con La Repubblica A&F, ha presentato la 2° edizione dello studio sulle eccellenze del welfare aziendale e della carriera. L’Istituto fa capo al gruppo Hubert Burda Media, leader di employer branding nei paesi di lingua tedesca e conduce indagini di mercato finalizzate ad analizzare l’aspetto economico e qualitativo delle aziende attive in diversi settori. “Gli studi non sono sponsorizzati, in nessun modo, dalle imprese coinvolte e si basano su metodi scientifici, testati con successo in altri paesi europei “, premette il direttore dell’Itqf Christian Bieker.

L’Itqf ha preso in esame 2.000 aziende con il maggior numero di dipendenti in Italia. Ma solo 300 sono state etichettate come “Top Job” e inserite nella classifica finale scaturita dall’integrazione ed elaborazione dei dati raccolti attraverso il “social listening”. Di cosa si tratta? “Di una metodologia innovativa per raccogliere tutti i frammenti di testi che si trovano online in italiano e che contengono almeno un riferimento al datore di lavoro analizzato. I dati vengono raccolti con programmi “crawler” in un arco temporale annuale da pagine web a libero accesso” spiega Bieker. Tra le aziende selezionate ci sono brand noti all’opinione pubblica, tra cui: Enel, Avio, Ikea, Intesa Sanpaolo, Unilever, Lidl, Ing Direct, Nespresso, mapei, Generali, Amazon, Barilla, Granarolo e Ferrero. Nell’ambito Elettronica e Tecnologie è presente anche Konica Minolta Italia.
